Catering is a the centre of everything we do at Païssa d’en Bernat. Whether it’s a wedding catering, private event or corporate catering requirements, we believe food should be a celebration, the type that brings people together, and there is nowhere better than for this to happen in the setting of our private villa.

Our menus are inspired in mouth-watering homemade food, with authentic Spanish flavours, laughter and love. Our ethos centres around relaxed feasting and sharing menus with the best local produce at its heart.

Choosing the perfect food for your Ibiza wedding is an important and exciting part of the journey. We’ve stepped away from the traditional style of wedding service, which can be formal and restrictive, and instead aim to bring abundant choice, with relaxed and yet refined menus.

At Païssa you can have a wedding feast with noise and excitement, informal chatter and ethically sourced good food with a modern, rustic twist.

Our speciality is barbeque inspired wedding menus and family-style sharing tapas feasts! It’s a more relaxed, interactive way of serving food, but no less finessed and crafted. We embrace the relaxed family-style while aiming to bring the best barbeque inspired cuisine, combine it with the finest local produce to create unique weddings and events.

Your wedding with us

As a part of our services at Païssa d’en Bernat we aim to make the full experience of “abroad” wedding planning seamless. We are your Ibiza team and together with your other service suppliers, we will all aim for the perfect day.

Event Management

If you have booked your day at Paissa d’en Bernat know that you will have a full team at your service. The Silver Spoon team covers all food and drink-related aspects of your day, and it is important for you to know that the wedding packages are inclusive of everything. This includes an Event Manager (from the Cris Crown team), fully trained staff, all crockery, cutlery, tables, chairs, linen and napkins.

Together with the team of Cris Crown, your day will flow from start to finish. If you have any questions about how this you can arrange a call with Cris who will run you through the full day or you can read how a wedding day with us unfolds.

Drinks and Bar

Our wedding packages are inclusive of all your complete bar needs with a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for you and your guests to enjoy from start to finish. Nothing is missing, from your Classic Sangria, your bubbles for the speeches and your G&T during the open bar. We do not count the bottles and drinks are poured all thought your day. We also can supply and extra services such as a cocktail bar, exclusive wines and Champagnes or craft beers – we can supply just about anything you want, but we have already considered the general needs and have included them in your first quote.

Venue Dressing

To get the venue’s ambience just right, consider dressing it with the appropriate decor. This could be added with flowers, lighting, luxury linens, props or luxury tableware or glassware. We are happy to assist you or put you in touch with the right suppliers for this as have a large list of suppliers who we are true professionals and we can vouch for their quality, value and reliability.

On the actual day of the wedding, we will take over your wedding planning and coordinate all of these details on your behalf. Make sure you let us know more about your plans so that we plan accordingly. Also, Cris and her team will make sure that the smaller details such as name placements, table plans or wedding favours are all laid out for you. We want your day to be exactly as you envision it, so know that we will make every effort to assist you on this. If you decide to bring large amounts of decor, let Cris know and she will make sure to include a member of staff to assist on this.

Booking and payment

To reserve Silver Spoon for your chosen date no initial deposits will be required further than the venue deposit. In your original quotation, we will include a breakdown of payments scheduled in a way that allows you to save towards the day. Any extras will be added on the same year of your wedding, and final numbers must be decided at least 1 month before the event at which time the final balance becomes due.
