Are there any noise restrictions?

Ibiza has very strict laws regarding noise and especially music at outdoor events. These laws are enforced and the fines can be huge. If these laws are not followed and a fine is issued by the authorities, the resort will not be held responsible and the Client will bear the cost of the fine. In case the law changes after the event has been confirmed with the venue, the Client will need to comply with the new law. The DJ and music may be arranged by the Client providing said the arrangement is agreed with the venue beforehand.

Our venue is surrounded by beautiful countryside and we have to respect our neighbours right to a peaceful existence. Rest assured though, our outdoor sound systems work perfectly with these rules and will provide ambient background music to accompany the meal and the sunset. 

At Paissa we’re fortunate to have a designated dancefloor area where the music levels can be increased so your party can go on.
