Can I change my start time?

Yes — within reason.

Events with Accommodation

If you are staying at the villa, you are free to choose your preferred start time.
We will help you build a timeline based on:

• the month of your wedding
• sunset time
• menu structure
• supplier timings

Your planner (if you have one) will coordinate this with us.

Day Hire Events

For Day Hire, arrival is fixed at 10:00 AM, but the ceremony or event start time can be adjusted as long as it fits within:

• your event hours
• catering requirements
• sunset time
• The Cave closing time (maximum 04:00 AM)

Important:

If your event starts significantly later than planned, catering and suppliers will try to catch up — but the sunset cannot wait, and it may affect your flow.
We will advise you on the best timing based on your date.
