You are welcome to hire your own suppliers, with a few important conditions — and with one key exception.
✔ You may bring your own suppliers if they meet our requirements
Any external supplier must:
- Be a professional, licensed and insured vendor
- Provide all required health & safety documentation
- Understand and respect Païssa’s venue rules
- Coordinate fully with your planner
- Work within our access times and logistical limitations
- Be able to install and remove everything safely
We do not allow “friends helping out” unless they are registered professionals.
✘ Exception — Catering & Bar Service
All food and beverage services must go through Zest, our exclusive catering partner.
External caterers, private chefs, wedding bars, or food trucks not hired through Zest are not permitted.
Why?
- Zest manages all food, bar, hygiene and alcohol licensing
- They know the villa’s timings, power load, equipment and flow
- It keeps service smooth, safe and consistent
✔ Preferred Supplier List (recommended after booking)
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive our Trusted Supplier List, which includes:
- Planners
- Florists
- Photographers & videographers
- Celebrants
- Hair & makeup
- Lighting & sound
- Transport
- Furniture & décor rentals
- Childcare services
These suppliers know Païssa well and help events run beautifully and efficiently.
Summary
Using our recommended list = smoother experience
Catering = Zest only
All other suppliers = your choice, as long as they are professional and insured
