Do we need to provide our suppliers with staff meals?

The Organiser provides food and drinks to their own team, however, if any staff meals are required for additional suppliers these must be ordered and will incur a cost. We recommend this service to be hired for any suppliers that are with you for +4 hours. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform the Organiser of any food requirements or allergies of their suppliers.
