Looking for help?
We do not offer wedding planning or day-of coordination.
What we provide is venue management, which means we take care of everything related to the property itself, while your planner (if you have one) manages the wedding.
This avoids any confusion between venue duties and planner duties.
✔ What Païssa’s Venue Management Includes
We handle:
1. Managing the venue
- Opening and preparing the property
- Ensuring the terraces, ceremony areas and spaces are ready
- Coordinating supplier access and showing them where to set up
- Overseeing safety, access rules and property protection
2. Coordination with Zest (catering only)
- Aligning service flow and food timings
- Supporting catering setup and transitions
(We do not coordinate other suppliers.)
3. Venue timing & compliance
- Making sure music stops outside at midnight
- Managing the transition into The Cave
- Ensuring the 4 AM final cut-off
- Overseeing pool closure and safety rules
- Managing lighting/sound rules
4. General venue support
We are present on the day to ensure:
- The venue functions smoothly
- Suppliers respect venue rules
- Spaces remain safe and in order
You will always have someone from the Païssa team on-site — usually Cris.
✘ What We Do NOT Provide (This is the wedding planner’s job)
We do not:
- Create your timeline
- Manage your suppliers
- Coordinate the ceremony
- Cue speeches or music
- Run the flow of the day
- Design or set up décor
- Manage guests
- Handle weather logistics
- Do RSVPs or seating plans
- Oversee children
- Fix supplier mistakes
- Run the wedding
If you choose not to hire a planner, we still ensure:
- Catering timings run smoothly
- Venue rules and safety are respected
But the coordination of all other elements is the couple’s responsibility.
⭐ Summary
This keeps your day smooth, stress-free and beautifully organised.
We offer venue management, not wedding coordination.
Wedding planners remain strongly recommended.
