Guest arrival and guests at the venue:

Guests must not enter any area that is being set up or prepared before the agreed event start time.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that:

• A representative (planner, coordinator, or designated friend/family member) is present at the villa before guest arrival
• Guests are welcomed and guided to the correct waiting area
• No guests roam the property or approach suppliers during setup

Why this matters:

If guests enter setup areas too early:

• Supplier work may be delayed
• Safety hazards may occur
• The venue may not be fully ready on time

If our staff need to step in to manage guests, this may delay the venue being ready, and the client accepts the risk of this impact.
