How many hours does the rental fee include, and is there an overtime fee if I stay longer? We really like to party.

A Day Hire booking includes access to the venue from 10:00 AM until midnight (00:00).

If you want to continue the party…

Yes — you absolutely can.

After midnight, the celebration may continue inside The Cave, our soundproof discotheque.

Overtime Hours

• From 00:00 to 04:00 AM, parties can continue in The Cave
• Overtime is charged per hour
• 04:00 AM is the absolute latest finish time
• After 04:00 AM the entire venue must be vacated

Why the 04:00 AM limit?

This is the legal cut-off for rural villas in the area, and it allows us time to reset the house for incoming guests or events.

Important:

• Overtime must be agreed in advance or confirmed on the week of the event
• Outdoor spaces must close at midnight
• All guests must move inside The Cave after 00:00

So yes — you can party late, but only in the Cave, and up to 4:00 AM.
