Only the guests registered in the booking may stay overnight, but you can invite a small number of additional visitors during the day.
What is allowed:
You may have up to 15 extra daytime guests at the villa without an event fee.
This allows couples to enjoy intimate moments with close family and friends — for example, a relaxed day-after gathering or a casual lunch.
When an event fee applies:
If you expect more than 15 external guests, it becomes an event, and the corresponding event fee applies.
This is because larger gatherings require:
- Additional cleaning
- Increased wear on the property
- Extra coordination
- Higher utilities usage
- Compliance with safety and insurance rules
Important reminders:
No external visitors are allowed if Païssa is operating as a Guesthouse (shared house model).
Only registered guests can use the pool outside of an official event.
No amplified music is allowed outside event hours.
Visitors must leave by the agreed evening time (typically before quiet hours).
