- Lay the tables (linen, cutlery, napkins, glassware)
- Place menus if provided in advance
- Ensure service flow matches your plan
✔ Your planner or décor team
- Place individual name cards
- Add favours
- Install extra décor
- Manage styling
- Place table signage/numbers
- Set up welcome signs
✔ If you do not have a planner
We recommend:
- Bringing everything pre-labelled and sorted per table
- Assigning a responsible friend/family member to handle set-up
- Keeping table décor simple

- We supervise overall layout
- We ensure the venue is clean, ready and prepped
- We coordinate with Zest and suppliers for logistics
