Caterers (Zest)

  • Lay the tables (linen, cutlery, napkins, glassware)
  • Place menus if provided in advance
  • Ensure service flow matches your plan

Your planner or décor team

  • Place individual name cards
  • Add favours
  • Install extra décor
  • Manage styling
  • Place table signage/numbers
  • Set up welcome signs

If you do not have a planner

We recommend:

  • Bringing everything pre-labelled and sorted per table
  • Assigning a responsible friend/family member to handle set-up
  • Keeping table décor simple

Païssa

  • We supervise overall layout
  • We ensure the venue is clean, ready and prepped
  • We coordinate with Zest and suppliers for logistics
