Yes. Transportation is mandatory for all guests, both ways, for every event at Païssa d’en Bernat.
Guests must arrive and depart using pre-booked minibuses.
This rule applies to both Day Hire and Events with Accommodation.
✅ Why transportation is mandatory
- Taxis are not reliable in our area
- No taxi stand nearby
- Rural roads are narrow and not suitable for many individual cars
- Ensures all guests arrive on time and the event runs smoothly
- Avoids delays, parking issues and safety risks
- Helps us respect rural noise and traffic regulations
🚐 How guest transport works
- Guests normally arrive at the same time — this keeps the event flowing smoothly
- Transport companies provide minibuses of:
- 19 seats
- 16 seats
- 11 seats
- The larger the bus, the lower the cost per seat
- Each bus usually has 2–3 pick-up points (set by you)
We will put you in touch with our trusted transport partner after booking.
🗺️ Best pick-up locations
We recommend choosing the pick-up points before you send your RSVPs, so guests can book their accommodation accordingly.
This avoids complications later and removes the need for “VIP shuttling” individual guests.
⭐ Best area for guest accommodation & transport:
Carrer des Caló (San Antonio Bay / Port des Torrent side)
Why this area works perfectly:
- Wide range of hotels (from 5-star to budget)
- Walking distance between most accommodations
- Easy for group pick-ups
- Plenty of availability
- Restaurants, beach, supermarkets all nearby
Other good areas include:
- Cala Vadella
- Cala Carbó
- Cala Molí
- Cala Tarida
🔁 Return shuttles
Multiple return shuttles are available throughout the night, including after The Cave closes.
You can choose:
- One large “big return”
- Two staggered departures
- Several smaller shuttles depending on your guest list
❤️ Summary
Guest transport is mandatory both ways and essential for timing, safety and smooth event flow.
By choosing set pick-up points early and directing guests where to stay, you make your planning easier and the logistics seamless.
