Events with Accommodation (Full Villa Stay + Event Fee)

Your hire includes:

Venue & Spaces

  • Exclusive use of the full estate for your stay
  • All outdoor event terraces
  • Ceremony areas
  • Dining terraces
  • The Cave (private indoor disco)
  • 2 outdoor event toilets
  • Pool & gardens (except during the event)
  • Private parking

Furniture & Setup

  • 8 round tables (seating 10–12 each)
  • 80 white Chiavari chairs
  • Lounge furniture (outdoor)
  • Basic lighting of the spaces
  • Setup & breakdown of all venue-owned furniture

Event Support

  • Event-day venue management
  • Coordination with caterers on service timings
  • Access for suppliers
  • Standard event cleaning
  • Rehearsal (if requested and available)

Accommodation

  • Full villa for up to 10 guests (5 rooms)
  • Housekeeping every other day
  • Bed linen, towels, and essentials
  • Baby equipment on request (cots, high chairs)

Note: Catering, décor, flowers, DJs, entertainment, transport and rentals are chosen and paid separately.


Day Hire (One-Day Event Only)

Your Day Hire includes:

  • Exclusive use of all outdoor event terraces
  • Ceremony area
  • Dining terraces
  • The Cave (until closing time)
  • 2 outdoor event toilets
  • Parking for suppliers & minibuses

Indoor Access (Limited)

  • Bridal prep room
  • Lounge area (for couple/family)
  • Lounge or bridal room for babies/children if needed
  • Kitchen is for caterers only

Furniture & Setup

  • 8 round tables
  • 80 white Chiavari chairs
  • Outdoor lounge furniture
  • Setup & breakdown of venue-owned items

Event Support

  • Event-day venue management
  • Coordination with caterers on timings
  • Standard event cleaning
