What is the minimum and the maximum number of guests for the catering?

The minimum number of guests is the number which you have provided in our first emails and is then agreed upon in our contract. Therefore once you have stated the number you expect to attend this can not be reduced by more than 10%. Should the number fall below 10% we will still have to charge the initial amount already agreed upon. 

Numbers can be increased by as much as 10% as long as we have been informed in advance. The maximum number of guests is 100.
