All payments made to secure your booking are non-refundable.
This includes:
- The holding deposit
- The 50% down payment
- Any subsequent payments made towards your event or accommodation
If you choose to cancel your booking at any stage, the amounts paid cannot be returned or transferred to a different date.
Why?
Païssa works with a very limited number of events each year, and once a date is reserved for you, we turn away all other enquiries for that date.
We strongly recommend that all couples take out wedding or event insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances.
