What’s the cancellation policy?
A cancellation or reduction of contracted services will result in a loss of deposits or a claim for compensation from the venue. The structure is as follows:

| Upon signing contract | 50% of the total event hire cost is non-refundable |
| 4 months before the event | 80% of the total event hire cost is non-refundable |
| 1 month prior to the event | 100% non-refundable |
