Once you confirm your booking with us, we will share our Trusted Supplier List, which includes experienced professionals who know Païssa well and work beautifully on the property.

Our recommended vendors include:

• Catering:
  We work exclusively with Zest as our catering partner.
  They manage all food, beverages and bar service for every event.
• Wedding Planners:
  A selection of the island’s best planners — English, Spanish, French and Italian speaking.
  (Not mandatory, but strongly advised.)
• Florists
• Photographers & videographers
• Celebrants / officiants
• Hair & makeup artists
• Lighting & sound suppliers
• Transport companies (minibuses are mandatory both ways)
• Childcare professionals
• Furniture and décor rental companies

Yes — as long as they meet our guidelines:

• Must be fully insured
• Must work within our venue rules
• Must be professional event suppliers (no friends doing DIY)
• Must coordinate with your planner
• Must sign our supplier terms & conditions (if applicable)

Note: Catering cannot be replaced — all food and drink services must go through Zest, our exclusive partner.
