Vendors directory
our partners in crime!
Thanks to our many years in business we’re excited to share with you our little black book of trusted Ibiza suppliers.
They are all experienced and local to the island and have also worked at our venue many times. This means that we know they will fit perfectly with the type of service we offer, that is, relaxed, friendly and professional.
Please note that suppliers have not been listed in any particular order
enjoy the planning!
Set your timings
The very first thing you need to determine when starting off your planning is setting your timelines. Believe us, this will save you a lot of time! At Païssa we include these in your catering quote. But the way to go about this is by first finding out what your venues finishing time is. And then, you just need to create these with a “back-to-front” approach. Here is how long we recommend you allowing to each part:
Welcome drinks: 30 minutes
Ceremony: 30 minutes
Post Ceremony Reception: 1.5 hours
Dinner meal: 1.5 hours to 2 hours depending on your menu and number of people
Speeches: 30 minutes (no longer)
Sunset time: factor this in if you are having a Païssa wedding as its an event in itself!
Dancing, DJ and Open Bar: 3, 4 or 5 hours.
So this will give you something like this:
4.00 PM – Guests arrive at your wedding venue
4.00 PM – 4.30 PM – Blessing of your marriage
5.00 PM – 6.30 PM – Post-ceremony drinks & canapes
6.30 PM – 8.30 PM – Dinner service
8.30 PM – 9.00 PM – Speeches and cake cutting (this can happen earlier too!)
9.00 PM – 1.00 AM Open bar & dancefloor (4 hours)
1.00 AM Guests departure
Tips: in order to ensure you’re always on budget and that your time is used efficiently, we recommend you determine your hours of bar from the very beginning. This will avoid you having to get back to suppliers at a later date with any schedule changes! Use the above to determine timings now and stick to them throughout. If you are not sure about an extra hour of bar and DJ service, then simply leave the gap as an option (finish at midnight) and maybe decide closer to the time if you do want or can afford that extra hour.
Notes: compared to other destinations, it may seem that your wedding in Ibiza starts “late” but earlier start to 3 PM are not recommended due to the heat. Plus, there is no “moving” time to factor in from reception to venue. For church weddings, you will need to check with the church for their hours of service and then continue the above recommendations factoring in the time from the church to your venue (minimum 1 hour).

An Ibiza wedding planner is way more than just a list of recommendations, which BTW may differ from ours. So if you need that little extra support with the admin, decision making, or even the styling, make sure you work with the best. Our super-star planner’s recommendations are:
