Païssa is a historic Ibicenco farmhouse dating back to the 1880s, set within 15 hectares of private Mediterranean countryside in southwest Ibiza.
Lovingly restored with respect for its heritage, this secluded family estate is a place of tranquillity, nature and timeless island character.
A farmhouse with a story to tell
The first records of Paissa date back to the 1880s, when the farmhouse was home to local agricultural workers and their families. Its fertile land once produced almonds, wheat, carob and grapes, while the house later served as a place of learning for boys from the surrounding villages.
Lovingly restored around 20 years ago, Paissa retains the character and spirit of traditional Ibiza. Today, its original architecture blends naturally with carefully considered details, open spaces and Mediterranean gardens.
Set within more than 15 hectares of private pine forest in the southwest of Ibiza, Paissa is a secluded estate surrounded by unspoilt nature. A place to slow down, spend time together and experience a quieter, more authentic side of the island.

Surrounded by pine forest and Mediterranean gardens, Paissa offers a rare sense of privacy and connection with nature. Five en-suite bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests, with generous terraces, an infinity pool, water features and secluded outdoor spaces designed for spending time together. The estate is nestled within Ibiza's protected natural landscape, yet remains close to the island's beaches and coastline.

With its natural surroundings, open spaces and sweeping sunset views, Païssa offers an intimate and distinctive setting for weddings and private celebrations in Ibiza.
From ceremonies and long outdoor dinners to celebrations that continue into the evening, the estate provides exclusive use of its grounds and purpose-built event facilities for gatherings of up to 120 guests.
