Originally built as a rural farmhouse, Païssa d'en Bernat has witnessed more than a century of life on the island. Its agricultural origins remain part of its identity, from the traditional architecture to the surrounding countryside that once provided for the families who lived here.

Around 20 years ago, the farmhouse underwent a thoughtful restoration, preserving its Ibicenco character while introducing the comfort and elegance of a contemporary private home.

The result is a property that feels connected to its past, without losing the ease of modern Mediterranean living.

The estate extends across more than 15 hectares of private land, surrounded by native pine forest and the unspoilt landscape of southwest Ibiza.

Païssa d'en Bernat is a five-bedroom farmhouse accommodating up to ten guests. Its interiors combine traditional Ibicenco character with a relaxed, understated aesthetic.

The five en-suite bedrooms offer privacy and comfort, with two king bedrooms and three twin bedrooms. Generous communal spaces make the house particularly suited to families and groups of friends looking to spend time together in a private setting.

The villa is designed around the simple pleasures of Mediterranean living: open doors, long lunches, slow mornings and evenings shared outdoors.

Outdoor living is at the heart of Païssa d'en Bernat. The swimming pool and surrounding terraces provide a natural focal point, with different areas to relax, gather and enjoy the changing light throughout the day.
