- Up to 8 round tables (2m diameter), 4 high tables, and up to 80 white Chiavari chairs

- Exclusive use of all event spaces: ceremony terrace, dinner terrace, covered porch
- Dedicated sound system for ceremony music and speeches
- Two guest toilets (cleaned throughout your event)
- Dedicated on-site venue manager
- Full venue setup and post-event cleaning
- Comprehensive Self-Planning Guide with timeline templates, supplier coordination tips, and transport guide
- Complimentary invitation to Couples Tasting Week — 1–14 April 2027 — experience your menu at Païssa with our team
2. Full-Day Catering by Zest Ibiza
Children's full-day menu (food + soft drinks all day): €50 per child
✓ What's Included in Your Catering:
- Welcome drinks as guests arrive
- Canapé reception (1.5 hours) — your choice of 4–6 canapés
- Sharing or plated starters (depending on menu)
- Main course — choose 3 options (1 fish, 1 meat, 1 veg)
- Two sides served sharing-style
- Dessert — Sweet Sunset Station or plated dessert
- Full-day drinks service — welcome drinks, canapé hour, wines during dinner, cava for speeches (all packages). Open bar included from Sunset Experience onwards.
- Professional waiting staff (minimum 4, scaled to guest count) — included
- Beautiful tableware, glassware, and cutlery from Zest's collection
- Kitchen setup, waste management, and cleanup
3. Optional Enhancements
The Cave — Your Private Underground Club
Dance deeper into the night in our soundproof disco — fully equipped with 2× Pioneer CDJ2000 NXS2, DJM900 mixer, EV ELX115p speakers, professional DJ booth, 4 moving heads, and disco balls. The first hour (midnight–1am) is €1,500 as it covers full equipment hire. After that it drops significantly — just €800/h to keep the party going.

How Booking Works
Wedding + Accommodation
① Pre-reservation (subject to availability) — €1,000 venue deposit holds your date while you visit, view, and taste. No pressure to commit until you're ready.
② Confirm your date — €4,500 venue deposit + €2,500 catering deposit, paid together. Sign contracts with both Païssa and Zest. From this moment your catering team begin building your personalised day plan.
Day Hire
① Pre-reservation (optional) — €500 holds your date for 2 weeks.
② Confirm your date — 50% of venue hire + €2,500 catering deposit (€500 holding deducted if already paid). Sign contracts with both Païssa and Zest.
Both deposits are paid separately — one to Païssa, one directly to Zest. All bookings are first-come, first-served.
