For Day Hire and Events with Accommodation, wedding preparations in the morning are limited to the essential people only.

Capacity for Morning Preparations

You may bring:

  • The couple
  • Hair & makeup artists
  • Photographer / videographer
  • 1–2 key people (e.g., maid of honour, best man, parent)

This usually means a maximum of 4–6 people in addition to the couple.

Why is there a limit?

  • Morning prep areas must remain calm and tidy
  • Too many people create delays, confusion, and clutter
  • Suppliers need free space to work efficiently
  • Protects the villa, furniture, and preparation timings
  • Ensures your photos look beautiful and serene

Important notes

  • Only the bridal preparation room is available in the morning
  • No other bedrooms or indoor spaces are open for use during Day Hire
  • For Events with Accommodation, the other bedrooms remain private for the staying guests, not for external prep teams
  • Guests who are not part of the preparation team should arrive at the agreed ceremony or guest arrival time, not earlier

Keeping the prep team small ensures the best experience for you, your suppliers, and your timeline.
