1. Wedding Planner (strongly advised)
Not mandatory, but highly recommended.
Your planner manages:

2. Catering (Required → Zest only)
Zest handles all:

3. Photographer
To capture ceremony, speeches, couple portraits, details and celebrations.
4. Celebrant / Officiant
For symbolic ceremonies.
(If you want a Catholic ceremony, you must marry in church — closest are San Agustín and Es Cubells.)
5. Music / DJ
- Ceremony music
- Cocktail hour playlist
- Dinner background music
- DJ for The Cave
Live bands are allowed until 22:00.
6. Transport Company (Mandatory both ways)
Minibuses for:
- Guest arrival
- Guest departures
Taxi services cannot be relied on in Ibiza and cannot be pre-booked.
