At what time should my suppliers arrive?

Supplier arrival times depend on the type of booking:

➡️ Day Hire Events

Suppliers may arrive from 09:00 AM.

This gives them one hour to begin unloading, setting up and preparing before guest access at 10:00 AM.

Earlier access is not possible, as the villa may be occupied or still being prepared.

➡️ Events with Accommodation

If you are staying at Païssa:

• You may arrive from 15:00 (check-in time)
• Once checked in, you have full access to the property

Suppliers normally arrive between 09:00–11:00 AM on the event day, depending on:

• Complexity of setup
• Catering equipment needed
• Florist installations
• Furniture deliveries
• Photographers’ schedules
• Planner’s timeline

Your planner (or you, if you don’t have one) will confirm exact timings directly with each supplier.

Important notes

• Supplier arrival times must be coordinated in advance.
• If you do not have a planner, we will help coordinate catering timing only — all other suppliers must follow your agreed schedule.
• Supplier vehicles should be minimised as parking is limited.
• No supplier can arrive earlier than the permitted access times.
