  • Your final number must be confirmed 1 month before the event (this is when catering finalises charges).
  • Any increase after this date will depend on availability of staff, equipment and ingredients.
  • A reduction after the deadline does not reduce your final catering invoice.

Your table plan, timeline and staffing also depend on your final number, so accuracy is important.
