Yes — we provide a ceremony rehearsal, and we strongly recommend it.
A rehearsal makes the ceremony feel smooth, relaxed and beautifully coordinated.

When do rehearsals take place?

Rehearsals are scheduled 1–2 days before the wedding, depending on:

  • Villa availability
  • Guesthouse occupancy
  • Your travel plans
  • Supplier schedules

We will confirm the exact time once we know your arrival date and our guesthouse calendar.

Rehearsals cannot take place during events or full-house exclusive stays.

What happens during the rehearsal?

We go through:

  • Entrance order
  • Music cues
  • Ceremony positioning
  • Vows & timing
  • Photographer directions
  • Flow and transitions
  • Special preferences or family details

It usually lasts 40–60 minutes and takes place on the ceremony terrace.

🍂 Rehearsals & Tastings (October Option)

Every year in October, we host our main tasting week with Zest.
This is also an excellent moment for:

  • A rehearsal
  • A full walkthrough of the venue
  • Planning discussions
  • Reviewing supplier ideas
  • Seeing the sunset and light at that time of year

Many couples choose to travel in October specifically to plan, taste, rehearse and relax before the next season.

👥 Who should attend?

  • Couple
  • Planner (if you have one)
  • Celebrant (if a friend)
  • Optional: anyone involved in the ceremony entrance (parents, bridesmaids, groomsmen, etc.)

💡 Tip from Cris

Even a short rehearsal removes most of the nerves and helps the ceremony feel natural, emotional and fully present — not rushed.
