No — heaters, parasols, shade structures and cooling systems are not provided by the venue, but they can be rented if needed.

Your wedding planner or catering team (Zest) can help arrange:

  • Outdoor heaters
  • Parasols / umbrellas
  • Shade sails or temporary shade structures
  • Fans or cooling units

Why they are not included:

  • These items depend heavily on the weather, the layout, and the size of your group
  • Different events require different quantities
  • Some installations affect décor, lighting, or furniture setups
  • Renting ensures you receive the right equipment for your date and guest count

When should you consider renting them?

  • Early season (April) → evenings can be cool
  • Late season (October) → cool evenings
  • Mid-summer → shade and cooling may be helpful for daytime ceremonies
