Final Quote
Once you confirm your interest and event structure, we will send you a final personalised quote, which includes:
- Accommodation fee (for Events with Accommodation)
- Event Fee(s)
- Any agreed optional extras
- Payment schedule and due dates
If at a later stage you add extra hours (for example, extending The Cave), the final quote will be updated 1 month before your event to reflect these additional costs.
Your date is officially secured once the holding deposit is received.
How do we make payments?
You may pay either by bank transfer or in cash — whichever is easiest for you.
We accept cash for all payments, including:
- Holding deposit
- 50% down payment
- Remaining balance
- €5,000 refundable damage deposit
If paying in cash, this must be handed directly to Cris or the property owners.
Please arrange cash payments in advance so we can meet you in person.
We do not have card payment facilities.
Bank Transfer Details
If you prefer bank transfer, please use the official villa account and include your wedding ID (YYMMDD) as the reference.
Payment Reference
When making any payment (cash or transfer), please use your wedding ID / reference code (YYMMDD).
Example: 25 May 2023 → 230525
This helps us identify your booking immediately.
