Refundable damage deposit – How much is it and what does it cover?

For ALL Events, a refundable damage deposit of €5,000 is required.
This must be paid by bank transfer before check-in / the event

What does it cover?

The deposit covers:

  • Any damages to the villa, furnishings, décor or structure
  • Excessive cleaning beyond what is considered normal after an event
  • Misuse of indoor areas, equipment, or restricted spaces
  • Damages caused by suppliers or guests
  • Broken items, stains, or replacement of lost items
  • Any breach of house rules that results in additional work or repairs

When is it returned?

We return the deposit within 7 days after checkout, once the property has been inspected.
If deductions need to be made, we will provide a breakdown.

This deposit is standard practice for private villa events and helps ensure the property is maintained for all guests.
