  • The number of guests
  • Your chosen table style (round vs. long)
  • Weather
  • Sunset time
  • Caterer requirements
  • Flow of the day

We will advise you during your planning stage, and Zest may also offer layout guidance based on service efficiency.

If you have a planner, they will prepare your:

  • Floor plan
  • Table arrangement
  • Guest flow
  • Setup timings

If you do not have a planner, we will give recommendations based on what works best at Païssa.
