Our rental fees depend on the type of booking:

Events with Accommodation

You rent the full villa for a minimum stay (3+ nights), and an Event Fee is added for each event day.
This includes:

  • Exclusive use of the entire estate
  • All outdoor event terraces
  • Ceremony spaces
  • Dining terraces
  • Access to The Cave (our private disco)
  • Outdoor event toilets
  • Event-day venue management
  • Coordination with caterers on timings
  • Standard event cleaning
  • Tables and chairs (8 round tables + 80 Chiavari chairs)

The accommodation fee covers the full villa for up to 10 guests, housekeeping every other day, bed linen, towels, and all villa facilities.

Day Hire (One-Day Events)

This fee includes:

  • Exclusive use of all event terraces for the day
  • Ceremony and dinner spaces
  • Access to The Cave (until closing time)
  • Event-day venue management
  • Standard event cleaning
  • Tables and chairs included
    Accommodation is not included in Day Hire.
