What suppliers do I need for my day?

Every wedding is different, but most couples will need a core team of 8–12 suppliers to ensure the day runs smoothly.
Here is a clear breakdown of what you’ll typically need — and what is optional.

✔ Essential Suppliers (recommended for all weddings)

1. Wedding Planner (strongly advised)

Not mandatory, but highly recommended.
Your planner manages:

  • Timelines
  • Supplier coordination
  • Installations
  • Guest flow
  • Décor setup
  • Ceremony logistics
  • Troubleshooting
    This allows you to fully enjoy your day without stress.

2. Catering (Required → Zest only)

Zest handles all:

  • Food service
  • Bar service
  • Drinks
  • Staffing
  • Equipment
  • Cutlery, glassware, serviceware
  • Setup & breakdown
    They are our exclusive partner — no other caterers allowed.

3. Photographer

To capture ceremony, speeches, couple portraits, details and celebrations.

4. Celebrant / Officiant

For symbolic ceremonies.
(If you want a Catholic ceremony, you must marry in church — closest are San Agustín and Es Cubells.)

5. Music / DJ

  • Ceremony music
  • Cocktail hour playlist
  • Dinner background music
  • DJ for The Cave
    Live bands are allowed until 22:00.

6. Transport Company (Mandatory both ways)

Minibuses for:

  • Guest arrival
  • Guest departures
    Taxi services cannot be relied on in Ibiza and cannot be pre-booked.

7. Florist

Bouquets, ceremony flowers, tables, installations.
They know where flowers survive the heat and where they don’t.

8. Hair & Makeup Artist

Bridal and/or bridal party styling.

9. Lighting & Sound

Optional but excellent for:

  • Ambient lighting on terraces
  • Extra sound
  • Dancefloor lighting in The Cave

10. Videographer

To capture the day in motion.

11. Furniture & Decor Rentals

For special looks or extended guest numbers.

12. Childcare / Nannies

Required if there are many children.
They must be licensed and insured — we need their documents in advance.
