All payments made to secure your booking are non-refundable, including:

  • Holding deposits
  • Venue deposits
  • Accommodation payments
  • Event fees
  • Any instalments paid toward your final balance

This is because once a date is secured, it is removed from our calendar and cannot be resold easily.

If you need to change your date, a new booking must be made and all previous deposits are forfeited.
