What’s the cancellation policy?
A cancellation or reduction of the contracted function will cause demands for payment or claims for compensation from the venue. These demands are as follows:
Reduction/Cancellation – Event
| Upon signing contract | 50% of the total estimated event cost is non-refundable |
| Until 6 months to the event | 80% of the total estimated event cost is non-refundable |
| 1 month prior to the event | 100% non-refundable |
