Our 2026 tasting week will take place:

We host individual tastings, not group sessions, and we schedule a maximum of two tastings per day to ensure quality time and personalised attention.
✔ Who can attend?
- Two people (usually the couple)
- + Your wedding planner
Additional guests may attend, but extra tasting fees will apply.
⭐ RSVP Required
Once tasting invitations are sent, clients must RSVP to secure their spot.
Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
⭐ If you booked Accommodation + Event
You receive:
- A complimentary one-night stay at Païssa during tasting week
- The chance to walk the venue, plan layouts, discuss logistics, and go through details calmly
This week is also one of the best moments to go over everything in person, as the villa is quiet and we can dedicate proper time to you.
⭐ If you cannot attend in October
Zest may organise a private tasting on a different date, subject to availability — but this is not guaranteed during the busy season.
