Caterers normally arrive from 9:00 AM onwards, depending on the complexity of your setup and the menu you have chosen.
For Day Hire Events
- Supplier access begins at 9:00 AM
- Guest access begins at 10:00 AM
For Events with Accommodation
- Caterers coordinate their arrival time directly with us and/or your planner
- Arrival is usually between 9:00–11:00 AM, depending on the setup required
- For simpler events, some teams may arrive slightly later
Caterers always ensure they are set up and ready well before the ceremony and guest arrival.
