BOOKING A VIEWING

We offer a limited number of viewings for couples who are considering Païssa for their wedding or event. All viewings must be booked in advance through our online calendar.

Viewing slots are based on our schedule.
I do not live on-site and I am a single mother with a baby, so viewings must take place within the time frames available.

If you are working with a wedding planner, please do not book through our online system.
Your planner will arrange the viewing directly with us as part of the planning process.

Your confirmation email will include all details and a Google Maps link.
Please note: viewings are booked in Ibiza time. Calendly automatically adjusts to your timezone as you travel.

HOW VIEWINGS WORK

A viewing lasts 30–45 minutes and includes:

Ceremony terraces

Dining & reception spaces

The Cave (discotheque)

Outdoor areas & viewpoints

Orientation, layout and logistics

Time for questions

Because the villa operates as a guesthouse, only unoccupied rooms can be shown.

After the tour, you’re welcome to stay for a cold drink, ask questions, or return later in the evening to experience Païssa at sunset — a moment many couples find helpful when choosing.

IMPORTANT VIEWING RULES

To protect the rhythm and privacy of the property:

Viewings are by appointment only (if you are visiting with your planner, bookings should be made by planners directly)

No walk-ins

No viewings during events

Maximum 4 people unless agreed in advance

Drone use is not permitted

Photos are welcome

Punctuality is essential — we also travel to meet you

WHEN VIEWINGS ARE POSSIBLE

Viewings take place only during guesthouse periods.

When the property is booked as a full villa or when an event is taking place:

PRACTICAL ARRIVAL DETAILS

Address: The confirmation email includes a Google Maps link.
🚫 Please avoid Apple Maps — it is unreliable in Ibiza.

Travel time:

Low season: allow 20–30 minutes

High season: allow 30–40 minutes
Traffic and taxi availability vary significantly depending on month.

HOW TO PLAN VENUE VISITS INTELLIGENTLY

Advice from someone who sees couples rush and burn out every season

Many couples arrive in Ibiza and try to see too much. It creates stress, confusion and wasted days.

Here is how to plan well:

1. SHORTLIST PROPERLY (4–5 VENUES ONLY)

If you are looking at 10–15 venues, it means you don’t yet know what you want.

Sit together and discuss your priorities:

Privacy level (private estate / hotel / beach club)

Location (inland / sea view / beach / sunset)

One-day or multi-day venue?

Guest accessibility (elderly, children, wheelchair)

Budget boundaries

Do you want accommodation on-site?

EXAMPLE PRIORITY CHECKLIST (PAÏSSA)

✔ Private rural estate

✔ No neighbours / Completely private

✔ Sunsets

✔ Multi-day celebration

✔ Accommodation for 10 guests

✔ Late-night disco until 04:00

✔ Strict respect for house rhythm

✔ Nature-led, calm

✔ No loud beach-club style energy

Once your priorities are clear, the right venues become obvious.

2. GROUP VIEWINGS GEOGRAPHICALLY

This will save you 5 hours (minimum) of your holiday trip.

North route: inland and rustic venues

South/West route: sunset, sea-view venues

East route: beach clubs & more commercial venues

Ibiza traffic is unpredictable.
Taxis can be slow in high season.

Grouping viewings avoids exhaustion and rush.

3. IF YOU HAVE A WEDDING PLANNER

Do not book directly with us.

Your planner will arrange the viewing using her own schedule with us.

4. ALLOW TIME TO REVISIT ONLY YOUR TOP 1–2 PLACES

This is the smartest step couples take.

A second visit at sunset changes everything.
We invite revisit couples for a glass of cava at golden hour — a calm moment to sit, observe the light and feel the place.

BOOKING PROCESS & HOLDING DATES

We do not hold dates without a deposit.

If you have a preferred date, you may secure it with a small, non-refundable holding deposit. (500€ for any 2026 – 2027 and 800€ for our limited 2028 dates available)

If you prefer to wait until after your viewing, that is completely fine — but please note that dates can book quickly.
