2. FULL-DAY CATERING BY ZEST IBIZA

Classic: Spanish wines, standard spirits (Tanqueray gin, Stolichnaya vodka, Jameson whisky, El Jimador tequila, Havana 7 rum) | Premium: Premium spirits (Hendrick's gin, Grey Goose vodka, Johnnie Walker Black Label, Don Julio tequila, Diplomatico rum) + craft beer
After booking, you can create a hybrid or fully bespoke drinks package with Zest — we've simplified to two options here to help you estimate your budget.
This extension applies to your post-dinner party. Your full-day drinks (arrival, cocktails, wine with dinner, cava for speeches, and first 3 hours of open bar) are already covered in your package above.

- Welcome drinks as guests arrive
- Canapé reception (1.5 hours) - Your choice of 4-6 canapés
- Sharing starters or plated starters (depending on menu)
- Main course - Choose 3 options (1 fish, 1 meat, 1 veg) served family-style or plated
- Two sides served sharing-style
- Dessert - Sweet Sunset Station or plated dessert
- Full-day drinks service from arrival to party: Arrival drink as guests arrive, post-ceremony cocktails during canapé reception, wine during dinner, cava for speeches, and 3-hour open bar post-dinner (party time!)
- Professional waiting staff (minimum 4 waiters, scaled to guest count)
- Vendor meals for your team (4 people: photographer/videographer/planner/DJ - includes all-day non-alcoholic drinks + meal, €45pp)
- Beautiful tableware, glassware, and cutlery from Zest's high-quality collection — including Italian and Portuguese ceramics, handmade Ibiza wooden trays, and elegant serving pieces (styled to complement your celebration)

When you book with us, Païssa becomes your base—meet suppliers here, attend tastings, use the villa as your Ibiza home and office as you prepare for your celebration. No surprises, no upselling, just honest pricing and genuine support.
Transport to and from Païssa is mandatory for all guests. Budget approximately €12-15 per person, per journey (arrival and departure).
