How much is the deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable?

To confirm your booking at Paissa d’en Bernat, there are 2 initial deposits that need to be paid. One goes to the villa company (Paissa den Bernat) and the second goes to the event organiser company (Cris Crown). The payment schedule is as follows for both companies:

Paissa d’en Bernat:

• 50% of the hire fee upon signing the contract
• 25% of the hire fee 12 months prior to the event date
• 25% of the hire fee 4 months prior to arrival

Cris Crown Services:

• 30% of the estimated event cost upon signing the contract
• 30% of the estimated event cost 12 months prior to the event date 
• 40% of the estimated event cost 1 month prior to the event datev
