What liability does the venue have?

Yourselves and your group are responsible for your own safety and conduct at the venue. Whilst Paissa den Bernat has done everything possible to provide a safe environment it is up to you to behave responsibly. 

You as the client will be responsible for any damages to the property, fines or injuries caused due to your own or guests behaviour and will be liable to pay any related costs or compensations charged to you. We recommend that all guests have their own medical insurance.
