Are we expected to take everything back with us at the end of the evening?

Yes — all décor, personal items and rental pieces must be removed at the end of the event unless we confirm otherwise.

If there is no booking the following day, we may allow collection the next morning before 08:00 AM. This must be arranged in advance with us.

If there is a booking the next day, everything must be taken away on the night, as we need to reset and prepare the venue.

Please note:

Suppliers are responsible for collecting their items on time and leaving the venue as they found it.

Any décor left behind without prior agreement may incur a cleaning or handling fee.
