Yes — you can adjust your ceremony or event start time, as long as it aligns with the venue’s access hours and your suppliers’ schedules.

Events with Accommodation

If you are staying at Païssa, you have full flexibility with your timeline.
We will help you design a start time that works with:

• your catering schedule
• the season and temperature
• the sunset time
• your planner’s coordination

Day Hire Events

For Day Hire, access begins at 10:00 AM, and your start time must fit within the operational hours of the day.
We are happy to adjust your planned start time as long as it remains within the Day Hire structure.

Changes should always be discussed early with your planner and caterers to ensure smooth coordination.
