How do we secure a date?

Dates are not held without a deposit.
To secure your preferred date, we follow a simple two-step system:

Holding Deposit (€500–€800)
A small, non-refundable holding fee secures your date immediately.
It is later deducted from your final invoice.
50% Deposit
Two months after the holding fee, we request a 50% deposit of your total venue invoice.
This formally confirms your booking and locks your date into the calendar.

Bookings operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
