Our rental fees depend on the type of booking:
Events with Accommodation
You rent the full villa for a minimum stay (3+ nights), and an Event Fee is added for each event day.
This includes:
- Exclusive use of the entire estate
- All outdoor event terraces
- Ceremony spaces
- Dining terraces
- Access to The Cave (our private disco)
- Outdoor event toilets
- Event-day venue management
- Coordination with caterers on timings
- Standard event cleaning
- Tables and chairs (8 round tables + 80 Chiavari chairs)
The accommodation fee covers the full villa for up to 10 guests, housekeeping every other day, bed linen, towels, and all villa facilities.
Day Hire (One-Day Events)
This fee includes:
- Exclusive use of all event terraces for the day
- Ceremony and dinner spaces
- Access to The Cave (until closing time)
- Event-day venue management
- Standard event cleaning
- Tables and chairs included
Accommodation is not included in Day Hire.
